Basic Infertility Workup :
General infertility : Human infertility is multi factorial problem where several conditions
when present alone are not so important but clubbed together markedly influence the reproductive potential of a couple. Traditionally human infertility is often termed as “woman problem” ignoring the equally important male contribution.
Hormone Profile

Recent studies have reveled that 15 % of population suffer from infertility problems. In this population 30 % of cause of infertility in couple is due to female factor. The 25% contribution is due to male factor alone . And 20 % is due to both male and female factor together.

To evaluate the reproductive potential of the male and female partners the clinician see’s the couple as a unit. Keeping this view a systematic simultaneous basic thorough evaluation should be implemented on both partners. Over the period of time technological advances and knowledge have added to the variety and numerous procedure are now available , tailored to assist an infertile couple to achieve pregnancy.

Female infertility :

Male factor infertility : This is a condition where by  the male factor alone is responsible in 25 % of couple facing infertility problems. An additional 20 % infertile couples have a combined male & female factor infertility.

Laboratory work up in a male partner : We help you to overcome your infertility by offering alternatives which might eventually enable you to the birth of baby . If any causal factor of infertility are found you are reffered to the urologist on our Panel for initial treatment. Once the cause of male infertility is diagnosed our center can help you with an array of seminal tests and evaluation of semen analysis to specialized sperm functioning testing . We also have the program to freeze your semen ( sperm banking ) if deemed necessary.

Laproscopy for infertility : (Diagnostic and therapeutic laproscopy )
Laproscopy is visualization of the abdominal and pelvic cavity by inserting the telescope through the abdominal wall . A very valuable procedure in management of infertility , non invasive, very informative. It can be performed to diagnose cause of infertility to eliminate myomas, ectopic pregnancies, adhesions or endometriosis. Laproscopy is more advant ageous than a laprotomy and is less expensive also.
Immunobooster therapy

For the establishment of successful pregnancy, there must be invasive growth of trophoblast into the decidual endometrium. The interaction of foetal and maternal cells guarantees recognition of the trophoblast as well as the tolerance of the maternal system. Disturbances of the Immunologic regulation can prevent successful implantation, thus contributing to multiple failed IVF/ISCI cycles.
Immunotherapy based on immunization with allogenic leucocytes is a useful therapeutic option in such couples. A way to boost and build up cellular competence.
